This dentist office is great! Everyone there is kind and welcoming. The hygienist was incredible. She was so nice, and gave a lot of really helpful advice and instructions. The dentist who saw me was also great and explained treatment options really well!

I’ve been going to Waterloo Dental for many years and I’ve developed a deep and personal connection with the employees. Rebecca has been my hygienist and she is so much fun and efficient. She’s created a fun atmosphere with her kindness and genuine personality. Going their as a kid was never nerve racking, especially with their tooth chest! The secretaries are just as warm and inviting. Darcy, their friendly dog, elevated the experience and was a great companion waiting for my siblings to be done with their appointments. All of the employees dedication to the office is admirable!

I have never had a bad experience at this dental office. Becky is one of a kind, and her and Dr. Novak never let you leave the office without a smile on your face! And making you feel beautiful about your smile too which is a PLUS. I have been coming here ever since being a little kid and love it here!! Kudos :)
