Please double check coverage with your insurance provider before agreeing to additional services. Otherwise you will be paying for thousands out of pocket for services they claim are not covered but are. For example, my fillings are 100% covered based on my follow up with my insurance yet, I was going to be charged 1.5k per filling had I not checked myself. Do your own due diligence or find another dentist. Be aware of upselling and trust your gut.

Bad experience. Scheduled to see the endodontist but the day of my appointment I was informed that the endo wasn’t with the clinic anymore… the dentist still saw me, x-rayed my teeth and recommended I got both of my teeth removed & get implants (although he was not the specialist) quoting me $29k for the procedure… he was very persistent & the whole experience didn’t feel right. So I went to see a different endo who retreated my root canals for $280 each tooth.

I had make an appointment for a root canal. I called and told the woman I had a referral from my dentist and she told me the endodontist is only in on Tuesday and Wednesdays. Booked appointment for the following Tuesday. Day of appointment they ask if I can come in 30 minutes earlier. Get there only to find out they DON’T do root canals and my appointment was made for a root canal consultation. They handed me a referral endodontist that “accepts my insurance” called to book an appointment and was told they DON’T accept my insurance. I feel like I was set up to make 65 Broadway Dental more $$. Entire visit felt very scammy. Waste of time. Don’t trust this office and will never go back. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
