This office was wonderful from check in to check out, the staff were amazing. This team took such great pride in making sure I felt comfortable and safe in their care. Explaining all steps and checking on me throughout my root canal process. Thank you so much for your services I appreciate you all.

Great experience with a great team of professionals including Dr. Dodson, his assistant, Jordan, & the billing associate, Ari. Inviting smiles were prevalent throughout the entire visit with Siri providing the Jimmy Buffet & ELO backgrounds ! Very clean, well-kept facility & staff dress was very professional. I was very impressed with the amount of x-rays which were taken after each step to ensure that the procedure was progressing correctly. Jordan was very meticulous with each of her responsibilities & she worked in unison with Dr. Dodson. Thank you team for a great visit & wonderful way to start off the work week ! Your desire to provide a positive experience was evident to me…… keep up the good work !

Root canal - The anesthetic discussed durring consult was not provided as discussed. Local anesthetic used instead. -We were told that we would have to reschedule and pay for the visit( they failed to set up for ) if we wanted what the Doctor stated at the consult. - Child left in chair for over an hour and a half with the anxiety of a pending root canal procedure. Come on, adults get anxious over this kind of dental work. -Doctor prescribed an antibiotic after the procedure. I guess the staff was too busy clocking out to get the message to send the prescription to the pharmacy. I had to visit the office the following morning to ensure the prescription was indeed sent to the pharmacy. With two practices locally and a hand full of doctors on staff, one would think this place would have it together. Our visit suggested this is not the case. I would not recommend this provider.
