Rude, unprofessional staff with a disdain for the customers they're supposed to be servicing. Have you ever wanted to be ignored in a dental office while the employees watch TV and talk amongst themselves? Then when the reception staff does acknowledge you, they treat you as if you're bothering them? Come down to Eldridge where customer service is the last thing on the reception staff's agenda. I will say that the actual dentist is a professional but that reception staff should be retrained on how to deal with the public.
The absolute worst office. The receptionists are rude beyond belief and the older dentist that works there is also incompetent. I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.
-This practice overcharges for their care, avoids insurance, and does terrible work. I had 4 crowns placed in one year, which amounted to thousands out of pocket between the crowns themselves and the root canals they insisted on doing. 3 of them failed within the year. I went to another dentist after eldridge had the gall to charge my insurance almost $400 for a 5 minutes visit to glue a crown back in when it fell out less than a year later. Turns out that 2 of them had posts far too short, and in the third, they didn't do the root canal properly so the decay spread to my jaw bone. That third tooth had to be extracted. They also did xrays at that last visit for some reason and all the dentist told me was I had to go to an oral surgeon to have other teeth pulled. There was no mention of the decay of the third tooth (which is the one the crown had fallen off of) or any other issues with my teeth. They are very dismissive and do not want to discuss options other than root canals an
