ABC Dental

I am 75 years old, still working full time. Because of the small size of the company I work for, the Feds insisted that I go on Medicare Part A & Part B, this year I was forced to give up my company supplemental insurance and go on Part C for vision, dental & drugs. I was told this afternoon that ABC Dental does not accept Medicare patients. So much or supporting the good people of Huber Heights.

Shame on this office. 5 seconds into their automated message they say "we accept almost EVERY insurance, accept Caresource." I didn't know an office could have such PREJUDICE against "social status" . Looks like you only care about the PROFIT $$$ vs the patient. It's heartless to have that be the 1st thing someone hears. Forget about someone actually needing dental CARE but you're told "YOU'RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH HERE." that is what your message promotes. EXCLUSION. JUDGMENT. PREJUDICE. LACK OF HUMAN DECENTCY. Have the day YOU deserve.

I took my son in after weeks of trying to contact his old pediatrician with no luck. They were able to get him in quickly and perform the necessary procedure the same day without having to make a separate appointment despite the fact that he was not an established patient. While there, I informed them that I have FIVE children who need a new dentist, and they were willing and able to get all of them registered in their system for their next cleaning. The facility is a little odd as it’s more open and less privacy is given to each patient, but other than that, no issues. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
