ABQ Endodontics

I was referred to ABQ Endodontics for a root canal. I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff, start to finish. The practice has the latest in technology and Dr Pacheco took a lot of time showing me what he was doing and what to expect. I had two appointments and they called to make sure I was OK after both of them. Ginger really went above and beyond after my appointments were done. I was having trouble getting an appointment to have a temporary filling replaced. My regular dentist was unable to schedule me for months, even as an existing patient. Ginger helped me go through the dentists that were in my insurance network that had good reputations. We found one that got me in the next day and did very good job. ABQ has a beautiful, comfortable office and state of the art equipment. But, the real difference is their experienced, knowledgeable and patient-focused staff.

Dr. Hadley Pacheco Clark was pleasant enough to talk with but being gentle with a gentle with a patient is not one of his gifts. I think he forgot there was a person attached to the tooth he was performing a root canal on. I have had other root canals performed by my now retired dentist ..this was the most painful I have ever experienced. I would first suggest to Dr. Clark that when he is numbing a patients mouth for the procedure Do NOT jab the needle into a patients extended mouth like you are playing darts...very painful!!! This caused my jaw to lock up for extended weeks of time which extended the the time until I was able to get my crown on from my dentist. I had to go through a process of forcing my jaw every day to open. I would not want anyone else to go through the pain I experienced.

Wednesday 28 Feb 2024. My 'new patient' visit to ABQ Endodontics was absolutely amazing! I was referred to ABQ Endodontics by my Dental Team at Desert Ridge Dental (NW Albuquerque NM) to be evaluated for a possible Root Canal procedure. I have to admit that this was the most pain-free Root Canal procedure I've EVER had! Dr. Marc Pacheco and his Dental Tech., Ms. Janessa, were truly superb! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, super experienced and customer-focused! I left that office in total awe of how I DIDN'T feel like I'd just had a Root Canal performed! For ME, this was something NEW & GOLDEN! (I'm a retired USAF healthcare Supervisor/Trainer). They explained the procedure before AND afterwards and made sure I was totally satisfied before I left the building. Their Goal of making their patients feel like 'family' is sincere. That's exACTLY how I felt! I will NOT hesitate to refer friends, family, strangers, and even ENEMIES to ABQ Endodontics! Thanks, additional
