Got an appointment quickly. The Entire staff are helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. Bobbitt is great. The got my dentures relined same day. I brought them in around 8:30 am and had them back by 4 fitting Much Better. I anticipate being a happy and satisfied return customer.

I was randomly searching for a new dentist and noticed this office on Montgomery, looked classy ????I scheduled appt - the receptionist so very nice an informative - 5 stars!!! I went into the office today 02/17/23 as scheduled - 2 receptionist and both very pleasant - I was taken into x-ray and she was so nice and made sure I was OK with all the gadgets they put in your mouth - some do hurt, but she asked and accommodated - 5 stars to that!!! ????????????????????I then met my dentist and she checked every darn tooth, like to the T!!!! She checked other things as well, like lumps, tongue etc. - guess to make sure of other issues - you all know we like to GOOGLE all our illnesses ????????????????well be assured!!! Really!!! Be assured she will tell you straight up, but not push what she feels is best treatment for you - she is so very aware we all GOOGLE ????????????She makes it clear it is our decision. The receptionists will give you detailed info regard costs on suggested procedu

I have had a bad experience with their insurance practices. They told me that I had maxed out my insurance and charged me $3300 for a procedure that should have been $765. My insurance company then told me I have unlimited benefits. They were not billing a previous procedure right and resubmitted identical claims 4 times. I did medical billing so I called my insurance to see why it wasn't paying . They should have worked the claim themselves. I had to talk to someone at the corporate level to get the ball rolling. The claim has paid all but the bone graft and they still haven't given me back over $2000
