Rude staff, including a 'dentist' who stigmatized me for dental issues resultant from a botched partial hysterectomy. The only person who was humane was the hygienist. Your staff also failed to process, not only MY insurance, but that of two other patients and demanded money out of pocket. That's called 'insurance fraud'. Your company failed to disclose the process and intentionally let me think I would be having an emergency tooth extraction. And if that wasn't enough, Dr. Trung Vu didn't even ask if I needed a second prescription for an anti-fungal because antibiotics cause yeast infections. Thankfully I have an excellent PCP because I will NEVER RETURN to that office.

I have never had a problem with them til today! As a client I felt really disrespected by the general manager name Sabrina was rude, I walked in today for my 9am apt for my braces check up, the lady in the front told me if I was a patient at spanish springs gs I explain I am but for the general cleaning, but for my braces it's here, she said she didn't have my chart I told her that I always come here for my braces except one time that I was told to do them at spainsh springs because I had a general cleaning that required to remove the wire of my braces, but that wasn't an issue because the staff said they can do both up there so I don't have to drive back n fourth. We'll the point is GM Sabrina walked out with attitude saying she didn't like how I was speaking g to her staff and threaten to not see me in that office, her attitude scared my 9 year old that I never take amd I took him today beecaie he wanted to see how it goes well that fail Tha KS to her attitude my son got scared a

GLORIAAAAAAA!!! Always thorough, thoughtful, attentive, & efficient; she is warm, kind, & jovial as well. Always a pleasure and we’re talking at the ortho still “dentist office” here!! ????
