Absolute Dental - Rainbow & Charleston

Didn't have a good experience here and either did my sister. I have since found a wonderful dentist that I have reviewed here and gave them 5 stars. This office didn't have caring people working here. Made things very difficult. Loud and crowded office. More patients then the office can handle. Insurance companies send them many patients. Plenty of parking.

The team that works with Dr Peachtree is amazing. Very helpful and great customer service. Tundra at the front counter is amazing as well. Above and beyond her duties. Definitely recommend them over any other dentist.

Absolute dental? More like absolute scam. Beware of this place. THEY OVERCHARGE AND COMMIT THE INSURANCE FRAUD. First of all they don't value their clients time. Had an appointment scheduled in 3:30 and waited for 2 hours for them to call my name. But eventually I got my exam and x-rays for which they billed my insurance. Then I paid "20% copay" for dental scaling, which was divided in two appointment. First time my "20% copay" was $144, second time - $129. Imagine my surprise when I went to my insurance's claim center and saw my EOB: the copay that I was supposed to pay was only 35 dollars each time, not 144 and 129. In addition to that they double charged my insurance for the x-rays and oral exam that I never received for the second time. Called them and they said their billing department will call us back and never received the call from them.
