So far so great! Quick and easy XRs and exam. I went into the wrong door and was a little late but they accommodated me.
Leny is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. It’s great to have technicians who are personable. South Reno location. I had called to request a cleaning, but they scheduled me on a day when there was (knowingly) no hygienist. That’s okay, but I was initially bummed about that, as I’ll have to come back. All in all, nice experience.
A bit of a long wait to get in for an exam,but the staff were super friendly and informative. Dr. Jeff Meckfessel was very positive though insists my small cavity should be filled in promptly (compared to my previous dentists who have said it could wait or that it was not worth drilling out yet). Overall it was a positive experience.
