I have came to this dentist twice and it was absolutely the best experience I have ever received for dental work. I cannot express this enough. Sandra the manager has excellent customer service and sees every one of her patients as a family. I've had a very horrible experience at another Absolute Dental on Nellis and Charleston. Sandra and her lovely team have taken care of me and explained all my options to me with a kind heart. I 100% recommend this facility to anyone with dental needs. They truly care about you.
I contacted Absolute Dental because they advertise they provide sleep dentistry. My husband is deathly afraid of the dentist, as such, I was VERY specific about him needing to be sedated for any and ALL dental work, including cleanings. I spoke to the person who made the appointment at length about this requirement. I was assured repeatedly that it would not be a problem and he would be taken care of. I reiterated this when we showed up for his appointment. Again, we were told it was no problem, they could do that and they would do the consultation and get him set up to have the crown taken care of. To begin with, we waited nearly an hour after his appointment time just for him to be called back. After wasting almost 2 hours of our time and taking our money for the exam, that’s when we are told they do NOT sedate patients for anything other than oral surgery. Yet they advertise that they do sleep dentistry. So either they lie in their advertising or he was lied to while in the office t
This office is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Kapel has taken amazing care of both of my son's teeth, and taken extra care of my youngest son's teeth in an emergency situation. The front desk is also amazing! Bree the office manager, and Fatima are extremely friendly and help to provide exceptional customer care and service and make sure you feel comfortable and confident.
