Bad service, especially if you have special need kids don’t even think about this place.They don’t even bother to look . So frustrating.

My daughter needed a crown and went in on a Friday to get a temporary crown that should hold for the 2-3 weeks it takes for a permanent crown to be made. Why is it Wednesday of the following week a total of 5 days and I’ve had to take my daughter back twice to have the crown remade bc it fell out and broke 2 days after leaving and then it hasn’t even been 8 hours since we left from getting a new temporary and it has already fallen out again!!!! And not by my daughters doing…she wasn’t even touching the tooth and it just fell out! I’ve never been more disappointed with a dentist (although it is the dental assistance) that have done the work not the actual dentist! Which I am now thinking is the problem but I’m not sure.

Practicing fraud and preying on people who do not understand their insurance. Charged my insurance company twice for the same procedure, as well as charging me out of pocket for items such as “debit adjustment”, as well as overcharging my portion of the premium. The people up front will be very rude if you point it out as well and will go out of their way to be petty and keep what theyve stolen. If you go here I recommend looking at the lowest reviews and you’ll see several others saying very similar things to what I am. Only caveat is the actual dentist is very talented. Just not worth being robbed over.
