Abundant Dental Care of Murray

I will update my review after my cleaning. We will see how it goes. But I called them to schedule an appointment since all dental offices are booked until July. Which is unbelievable for a simple cleaning. How can a huge city like salt lake be completely booked out until July? Yall need more dentists and if you can't get any maybe offer a program so that people can get the education they need and make it affordable. So I'm going to Murray office and I called them several times and sent them my insurance information. They never got back to me but still scheduled me anyway. I refuse to get any work done until I'm told my copay. What kind of an office schedules you and REQUIRES an insurance in advance then never gets back to you if you can even get it insured? Come on people. Update: they texted my ex, an old old number in the system for the confirmation for my appointment. Now I have to wait till JULY to be seen! Of course he said no to it. If you are a person with dental anxiety or sensory concerns at the dentist, Abundant is the place to go! I went in for a cleaning today and was shocked by how patient and accommodating the hygienist Chance and her assistant Karla were. I was especially thankful with how many times they checked in with me. (Having a weighted blanket and dark glasses and lights off makes a huge difference for me and I love that the staff is considerate of that.) Dr. Frye was so meticulous and kind that she actually made me feel more confident about my dental health. I know Dr. Ferrin takes such great care of my brother, abundant is where we tell all our friends to go if they want a compassionate dentist and a positive experience!!

Dr. Tyler Neal was wonderful! He explained everything clearly and also called me to see how I was doing. I have never been anywhere that has a full staff that is as friendly or as caring about all their patients!
