Academy Kids Dental and Vision

Dr. Win is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable! The office staff is also so caring and great with my anxious little guy! Even when it came to putting in the eye drops for dilation a second tech came in to help calm my son and reassured him the he was okay. I really loved the teamwork and they made me feel at ease too! No momma likes to see their baby cry, so that extra assist was so appreciated. I am really excited to continue care for vision and the upcoming dental appointment. My son loved it here, even though I got an earful on the way home about the eye drops, no one likes those.

The last 2 years of my kids getting glasses there have been a terrible experience! Last time they called said my kids glasses were done, drive into town to pick them up. They were not done I ended up driving in 3 separate times 4th time they were finally done. (45 minute drive from where I live each way) just recently took my kids in after we got home they called said they accidentally shredded my son's measurements and needed us to come back ok not big deal take him in the next day. Later the same day they call again oh we must have shredded your daughters to can you come back again. Very unorganized and wasting my time driving back n forth for their mistakes! Will not be using them anymore..

The technician, I think her name was Gloria, was very efficient and great with my 5-year-old. Despite being a medical appointment that could have been stressful, everything was relaxed and fun. I think my daughter just thought it was all a game. Dr Win, who I have seen previously was her wonderful self as well. Efficient and got my daughter to cooperate fully. The kicker was the back-to-school fest that coincided with my visit. Happy kid all around.
