The staff is incompetent and have no idea how to communicate with patients. They canceled my appointment without even telling me causing me to waste my time and gas. They don’t know what they’re doing and are happy if they don’t have anyone coming in because they don’t do their jobs anyways.
Was very happy for my daughters first ever eye exam, they were so thorough and explained everything perfect and felt like they truly cared about my daughters vision needs! So glad I booked here first!
Vision department did an amazing job. Gave 4 stars because they called us to come in 2 days early with openings in their schedule but we were taken back to be seen 45 minutes after the scheduled appt time.
