Accent Dental STL

I have been bringing my kids to this location for years and never had a problem until today. The assistant was very rude. My daughter has an abscess and she was supposed to get the tooth removed today. They could not remove it today due to her not being sedated. The assistant told me the first available appointment was in February and I had immediate concerns about it being so far out and the fact that she has an abscess. I voiced my concerns about the abscess possibly bursting and the appointment being so far out and asked is there anyway I could get a sooner appointment. I also asked could they access the wentzville location schedule to see if they had something sooner. She immediately got defensive and her whole demeanor and attitude changed. The doctor prescribed her with an antibiotic and I asked the assistant could it be sent electronically. We had a great experience! Everyone was very friendly.The Dr and assistant were very gentle with my 8 year old son.

Where to start? A little long. I called on a Friday (* correction Thursday) and was able to have my niece seen the following Monday! That alone was absolutely amazing. I spoke with Brittany on the phone at one point and she helped get my initial appointment that I made moved to work around my busy schedule and other appointments that I had forgot about when scheduling, She was so professional and polite when helping. When we arrived for the appointment, I was a little nervous and overwhelmed by the amount of people in the waiting room. I filled out the easy new patient "paperwork" - all done on a tablet - so easy! Then we waited less than 15 minutes in the waiting room!! - I assumed it would be an hour or more, but they were so fast and calling patients back consistently. Surprised me! We were blessed to have the BEST and sweetest dental assistant Maria along with an awesome student Aylah! Maria was such a sweetheart she made sure to walk my neice through everything they were doing
