I have been a patient of Dr. Cho for over 8 years and my 17 yr old daughter has been for over 7 years. He is by far the kindest, most gentile & caring dentist I’ve ever been lucky enough to find! I’ve had fillings, cleanings, cosmetic touch-ups and most recently, dental implants. He has done a phenomenal job on everything! I also want to give a shout out to his awesome staff!! They are all so great, were there the 1st time I went and are still with him - that speaks volumes about the kind of person (and dentist) Dr. Cho is. I have also referred countless friends (and anyone who asked me if I know a good dentist). Everyone I’ve sent to him loves him & his staff. So many of them have made him their family dentist, having him treat their kids and spouses, from braces, teeth whitening, cleanings, fillings, root canals, etc. I CAN’T say enough about how amazing Dr. Cho and his staff are. They’re the BEST!!!

Sad to see how much sales can affect customer service at a dentist office. Showed up for my cleaning for my FIRST visit and as expected, when you tell a dentist you haven't had a cleaning in a year they will recommend a "Deep Cleaning" I declined the $250 out of pocket fee because I know it's only about the sale. It was all down hill from there. I was left in the chair unattended for 25 min. Someone came to start the cleaning but the dentist pulled her away and requested she do something else. Finally he started the cleaning and rudely reminded me that he wouldn't be able to get everything without doing the deep cleaning. Which to any customer sounds like I'm not going to do a thorough job because I want more money from you. After he brushed through the cleaning he just pointed at the counter and told me if I wanted to rinse then it's over there. He was UNBELIEVABLY COLD! I could not believe it. I'm about as holistic as they come. I won't have a procedure or anything done to my teeth or body unless I feel it is truly needed (I'm the natural child birth kind). When I was a teenager my mom had all the dental care I needed done and my dentist did not recommend I have my wisdom teeth removed, well they were coming in full force a few months ago and I realized it was going to be a big issue if I didn't have something done. I did lots of reading and research and weighed my options before searching for a new dentist (we are newer to the area). Dr Cho got amazing reviews particularly in the "wisdom teeth" category so I decided to make an appointment. It was a Saturday morning when I called. I was uncomfortable but not sure it was an emergency. They didn't have any openings until Monday, however they called mid-day to let me know something opened up at the Winter Park office, so I went. I was pleasantly surprised throughout my visit. Everyone was extremely nice and non judgmental of my
