I used to be a satisfied customer until a dentist left one of my teeth completely exposed for MONTHS!! I had asked multiple times about what they were going to do. There was no follow up or treatment. The dentist office blamed the Endodontist office for not receiving the X-Rays. "We didn't receive the X-rays from the Endodontist because we changed our email...". The neglect and exposure of my tooth has caused infection and has effected my health. Furthermore, the fact that this dental office is not taking accountability for their neglect and just trying to have me "extract the tooth" is absolutely careless. The staff is handling this situation in an extremely nonchalant way, not to mention the dentist being rude on occasions, which is why i'll be suing!!

I’ve had three appointments at Advanced Dental Care. The staff are always polite, professional and hardworking. In today’s world businesses all too often are focused on the quantity of patients and you are made to feel as though you are just a number or dollars a scents; but The staff of the Advanced Dental Care put the care back in dentistry! I was truly grateful for my experience. Thank you all at Advanced Dental Care and keep up the great work!!!
