Had a great visit at the office. Dr Elnazer and staff are amazing. Can’t wait for my next.
I had a confusing professional relationship with Advanced Dentistry of Connecticut. In terms of fitting me for an appliance to diminish apnea Dr. Elnazar provided great service. But then we had some problems arranging a partial reimbursement from BCBS. The office manager stopped responding to my questions. I must have called 8 times in two weeks and never received a call back.
I loved visiting the office. The office is clean and The staff is AMAZING! Danielle particularly is the BEST! She is patient friendly, welcoming, professional, accommodating, etc. I love bringing my kids to see Dr Elnazer and his thorough assistants. I know my kids are in great hands when they visit. This is one of the best dentists and some of the best staff that I’ve ever encountered.
