I’ve taken my mother in law a couple of times and the experience has always been a pleasant one. The doctor informed me on every procedure and made me aware of any discomfort or side effects she may experience. The staff is very friendly and personable. I want to first say my experience was the best I could make it and i will say is Dr. Gentile and Dr. Dembsky from the time I met them until l I left the company are amazing doctors and treated me with dignity and respect. They exemplified what it means to be professionals and I can’ thank them enough for that. My former coworkers were awesome in both offices, they worked hard and like me, were committed to patient experience and customer care. My only issue is the fact that one cannot preach the message of family and the importance of family and feeling included but does not posses a genuine bone in their body. I realized my place in this company when one of the doctors invited me to their home for a birthday celebration. I am an Veteran and a minority. I did not think being at a gathering could be more uncomfortable and that the host himself would do nothing to make me feel welcomed. I was watched and followed like I was going to steal something. I needed a root canal and it was too complicated for my family dentist. I tried a large dental practice in Newtown who couldn't handle it either. After consulting with Dr. Demsky, using their 3D x-ray, he could see what the others couldn't: That my tricuspid actually had FOUR very small roots - not 3. In addition, he used a microscope during the procedure (the others didn't) and saw what the others couldn't. He was able to find all four canals with the help of a microscope. My misery is now over. Highly recommend. Especially if your regular dentist can't handle your root canal.
