Adventure Dental and Vision

My son loves his eye doctor, He’s very funny and outgoing! Dental side is super fast, super friendly & also funny. We love it here!! I’ve noticed they are CLEAN, unlike others.

We have been taking our children here since my oldest son (9 years old) was very small for both dental and vision appointments and we've enjoyed Adventure Dental for many years, including the friendly, professional staff. Recently though, there have been a couple of appointments that were disappointing & disheartening. In once instance, the dentist that was seeing my oldest son was very rude toward my husband and son, very cold, stand-offish and acted as if they had the plague. He snapped at my son to be still after my son verbalized that he was hurting him. He wasn't kind or professional and seemed like he didn't really want to help my son. His behavior was pretty blatant and off-putting and another staff member said we weren't the first patients to complain about him. The last appointment was yesterday, April 7th, 2023 and they arrived early as they usually do. They sat waiting for over 45 minutes as staff allowed 4+ other parents/kids who came in later and whose appointments were AF

We have been to both the dental and vision side. The staff have always been so helpful and nice. They were great with my kids.
