My daughter had her first appointment today and she left with a huge smile. Not because she found out she was getting an expander but her exact words were: "Oh my gosh, everyone was SO nice! I really liked that lady (Alicia) she was the best!" I couldn't have said it better myself. The customer service was excellent from scheduling the appointment, the check-in (so fast), and then of course the appointment itself. Dr. Issa and the staff answered all my questions about treatment, financing, and what to do if this or that happens. I didn't feel rushed and felt at ease after the appointment because I knew the plan moving forward. I 100% recommend AI orthodontics! Thank you to a wonderful team who made my daughter laugh a ton during her appointment to help ease her nerves and hats off for amazing customer service!
