The Worse Service ever :(, i been dealing with this doctors office for almost 7 months , the work they did on me, was not even done correctly , front office horrible. lied to me and charge my card "stating that she lost the receipt from my previous visit, made me sign again and '". Charged my card another $500 without my authorization. Took them 3 months to bill my insurance and now the money they collected at front stating it was my deductible another $500, now that my insurance paid and i am only responsible for $100 they are adding things that they do not do. Requested my x-rays and medical records never got them. Do not go here they will take your money, and waste your time.. so sad

more interested in signing you up for horrible credit than actual dental care. His receptionists are responsible. As for the dental work, less than par for west coast dentistry. You are better off with USC's school of Dentistry than this outfit. I am sure the positive reviews are written by his staff.

Dr. Lapsi's office charged us 1200 more than the insurance negotiated amount. I have the EOB to prove it which I forwarded to their office. The office has given me the run around for the past 2 months. I have now filed a fraud claim with my insurance carrier, California department of insurance and sought legal counsel. It is a shame what they have done to my family. Based on previous reviews it appears that this is how they do business. Beware!
