You know it must really be good if you do not mind keeping your appointments. I was referred to them by a friend and co-worker who I thank greatly for the referral. They take really good care of you. My hygienist is the best! Love it here!

I recently visited Dr. Petry and staff for problems with my wisdom teeth. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and in a timely manner. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dentist, or any doctor as a matter of fact, that I had there. Every single person I encountered there was pleasant, helpful, patient, and seemed to truly care about me. I also was blown away by the reception staff. I needed help getting time off work for my surgery and they have been beyond helpful in this matter. I haven't been put on hold or tossed aside like my prior experiences in the medical field. This place is truly a gem!

This is my second visit to their office. I am visiting them because I have dental insurance and it covers teeth cleaning. In my first visit, they did the cleaning and they also had X-rays. I did not pay anything because it is covered by the insurance. In my second visit they gave me a bill in the amount of $100. When I asked them the reason, I have been told it was about the X-ray. I asked them why they did another X-ray while they had it only 3 months ago. They said it was a different type of X-ray. If it is necessary, why don't you do it in my first visit? If one type of X-ray is better than the other, why are you doing both? Charge the insurance company for one, and charge me for the other. Ohhh I see... They always find a reason to charge you for more, find reasons to send you to other dentists to get commission. What are we talking about, health or trade?
