I made an cleaning appointment for my dad with Dr Vallis and we were told she can't perform regular cleaning for my dad. It has to be deep cleaning. I said to her that we can do a regular cleaning now while waiting for deep cleaning approval. But she refused to do that. She said it is either regular or deep, can't do both. I met many other dentists, and none of them had such saying. Very dishonest! Stay away! By the way, her office was empty when we were there. Guess dishonest dentist won't have business.

Very professional, caring and excellent service. Doctor Silvia is a dentist who's proud of her work but a beautiful and caring human being. We are very lucky to have her !!!

Insurance Fraud Went in to have my daughter’s front tooth repaired due to an accident. They took X-rays and told me they were to submit to insurance for authorization, said it would take 2 weeks for response. More than 2 weeks later, no response from dental office. I called to see where they were in the authorization process. They said no word yet from insurance, but if I wanted to pay out of pocket, it would cost $300. Called insurance company to verify. Turns out they already submitted the work as completed and billed insurance. Insurance paid them the day after initial appointment. I notified the dental office, spoke to Vern, he got pissy with me and hung up the phone. I called back to threaten them with insurance fraud and he got nasty over the phone. This office is dishonest. Submitted for a procedure that was not performed. They got paid by insurance, then the want to charge the patient out of pocket so they can double dip. I hope they lose their license.
