I just want to say think you to dentist assistant who was AMAZING with my son today. He had a cleaning and images done and she was let my son touch the instruments so that he could feel comfortable. My son is autistic so allowing him do that meant a lot. Thank you for going above and beyond. We need more people like you in the healthcare systems!! Thank you also to the dentist and everyone in my son care team today !!

I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment with my 2 year old. They were most concerned with my lack of insurance despite my having zero issues with paying for the cleaning. However, once in the cleaning the hygienist was amazing. She was kind, patient, and showed genuine caring towards my child. Six months later and I'm equally unimpressed. After my first visit they said I had no choice but to take the automated appointment in 6 months. And when I got the reminder to just cancel. So I did just that and yet my appointment wasn't actually canceled and I received a reminder again and had to call to cancel again. Furthermore I was left waiting for the receptionist to finish whatever she was doing for at least 5 minutes despite my call being answered.

The office staff here is absolutely horrific. They speak to the parents like they are better than them and are incredibly hard to communicate with. You are required to give 48 hour notice for cancellations which anyone who has kids knows that is absolutely ridiculous and not always possible as kids don't typically get sick 2 days in advance. I called to speak to HR and they didn't call me back. I asked to speak to the dentist and was told by the office staff that the dentist would not speak to anyone and does not call people back. As others reported here I was also hung up on by the receptionist. I am a social worker in the valley and this is a terrible representation for a business that they would like to see thriving. I can't believe the owner would allow this to continuously happen as it has been reported here several times. When Dr. Julia first opened this place it was a MUCH different experience.
