All Around Dental Care - Provo

Affordable and conveniently located near the hospital in Provo, I've always had great, professional service here. Dakota cleaned my teeth today and did a great job! They do a thorough job checking all the things they should check, I can tell these hygienists have good experience and schooling. I've been going here a couple years, I can't speak for some of the negative reviews, I've never seen anything like that.

Customer service is terrible, the main dentist and the main hygienist Dakota have terrible communication. They advertise free cleaning for patients with insurance. Not true!! The receptionist is rude and feels entitled. I try to explain her my situation many times and I kept getting interrupted. I won't bother going here. You can find much better places and more professional people.

I had a new patient exam and cleaning done. Jaziel was very thorough and informative with my cleaning. Dr. Johnson listened to my concerns and addressed them and made me feel welcomed to the office as a new patient. Astrid, the receptionist, was friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time she talked to me. All in all, great experience!
