We’ve been coming for over a year now forcefully due to this dental office starting my kids braces and it has been the worse experience of my LIFE! Front staff isn’t pleasant nor welcoming and the orthodontist is rude. They removed this orthodontist before due to the bad service she provided and now she’s returned because they are low on staff. If I could give this location a -100rating I would. I’ve been to their other location and you would think that they weren’t the same chain of dental offices. The Melrose Park location has the best staff EVER!!!!!!
The young Dentist lady birthday was September 7th in her helper was very customer friendly.????????
I went for oral surgery and though it was busy, the process for me was quick. He was even willing to do my extraction during the consultation (since it was a simple one I guess). I actually arrived pretty late bc I went to the wrong location and they fit me in that day still. Definitely would recommend.
