If you’re looking for a great dental office, you’ve found one. My poor choices in my adolescence has lead to me needing a good amount of dental work done. I get picky about where I get that work done, because I’ve gone to bad dentists before and have needed things reworked. All Smiles get it done right the first time. They explain all of your options in detail and are happy to answer all of your questions. Everyone working there provides exceptional service, and I highly recommend them.

Been a patient for several years. Lately customer service has taken an absolute nose dive. Made my scheduled appt several months ago. Like everyone else, I do my due diligence and ensure I attend my scheduled appts. I see it as a mutual agreement. Patients promise to keep their appts with Drs offices, and Drs render service. I understand how patients who cancel last minute should be charged. They are occupying a scheduled time, and time is money. A week prior to my dental cleaning, I was called by staff and asked if I could change from 1PM to 8 AM. Although my personal job is specifically tied to the safety of our community, and "The Big Game" is being played in town this weekend, I checked my schedule, and acquiesced..sure, if it will help the hygienist out, maybe get them started earlier in their weekend, Im all for it. A day before my appt I receive a second call asking if I can make the appt for 7AM. At this point, I'm considering rush hour traffic, getting up earlier and shifting

Let me start by saying it was one of the best experiences I had going to a new dentist the front office was friendly and greeted me with a smile made me feel very welcomed and Mr Smith's dental assistant explained everything to me in a way where I understood and was very nice and Mr Smith was very professional and did a great job! I couldn't have been more pleased I booked another appointment to see him as far as I'm concerned five stars easily
