Made a last minute appointment because my son had a toothache. As usual, was able to schedule right away. My child has ASD and can switch behavior in seconds. Staff has the patience of monks. I have never had any issues. Extremely professional and courteous at all times even when things are chaotic and the office is busy.
Avoid this place. There’s way better pediatric dentists in the area. Communication is nonexistent and the staff and dentists lack the skills to work effectively with children. This is a pediatric dentist yet they have very little consideration for the CHILDREN they provide care for. They are cold and lack personality and that’s a huge problem for a pediatric dental facility. They make excuses for their lack of service, cut corners and avoid confrontation (when discussing their mistakes) at all costs. Dr. Mike is a wonderful dentist at this practice however he’s rarely available for appointments.
HIGHLY recommend! I called on a Monday morning for a fall that occurred Sunday evening. My 2.5 year old busted his lip and had a very wiggly front tooth. We are not patients (we see a family dentist), so I was worried about getting in. They were able to see us within hours, SAME DAY! My husband took our son and he couldn't rave about Dr. Matt and the staff enough. Our son sees quite a few specialists, so he has 'doctor fear'. However, he didn't cry and fight during the whole appointment. We will be switching both our children to here for routine dental care from here out. What a pleasurable experience!
