I been going there for so many years. When I started they were good , trying to take care of your problem and work hard for your money. I had my son ortho stated there in 2013 he had them until 2019. I was not happy at all with the results because there is no ortho dr following up. it’s just an assistant. I don’t recommend this place for orthodontics it’s not worth your money or your time. My son has an over bite still and to be honest the only one who know what they doing is Tina the Dental hygienist.
I love this place. The staff are friendly and Dr Peters ROCKS! I feel like I'm at home every time I come. I promise you he is the Horace Pippin ( self taught black artist) of Dentistry he took my teeth and made magic!The staff make you feel right at home they are professional and personable. The best ever!
I had a appointment today 06/11/2021. My appointment had to be rescheduled by the office numerous times. I used to like coming here but lately it’s been disappointing. My appointment time was scheduled for 12 (noon), it’s now 12:45 and I’m still waiting. Last time, I waited longer than a hour to be seen. Longer waits are becoming the norm. Also, it was so hot in the office! It was hotter in the office than it was outside. We are in the middle of summer so this is ridiculous. Apparently, the air conditioning was not working. Get it together Alpine Dental Group!
