The Dr. is professional, however the employees are not so much. I had a treatment prior with the office and it was okay. Do to continuous issues and I decided to call them to get a rough estimate, but staff is very unprofessional and declined to get me a rough estimate for a very specific procedure. Very disappointing especially if you know the Dr. is competent. Update!! The Office was able to give me a rough estimate for my future treatment and they were all outstanding including the front office. Dr. Ricketts and family was again; amazing and outstanding and he is definitely one of the best Doctors out here. At this point I’m deciding if I should proceed with my treatment immediately or after deployment.

Updating my Review. We had someone from the office call and go over the issues we had with our visit and cover with us the adjustments they were making with training their staff. It's rare for a company to follow up with customers that have issues, and truly put the customer's interests/concerns at the forefront of their focus. The staff is friendly and Doctor Ricketts really cares for his patients. Changed our minds with doing business the right way.

Dr. Ricketts was very professional, caring and made sure I understood all my options about my troublesome tooth. He even followed up with a phone call because he cares about his patients. From the front desk staff throughout my appointment, everyone was great! Thank you!
