American Dental Associates - Philadelphia

Patient service and care is horrible. If you require Saturday appointment and miss them because of COVID and a serious respiratory illness, they tell you you're not allowed to schedule for Saturday's anymore. Even though you had COVID, and when the first reschedule was for when you were still symptomatic and infectious. And the next date you literally cannot breathe through your nose and leave a message to them when you realize you're not going to be able to tough it out for the appointment. Of which my Physician stated I was severely congested, gave me a large regimen of antibiotics and implored me to stay home for the rest of the week, because my immune system was still recovering from COVID! The 'Care Manager' talks over you when you try to explain. There is no empathy from them. Very rude and it's astonishing how they act. They do NOT care about their patients, or their patients lives.

New patient appointment today. All the receptionists were kind and pleasant. The dental assistant was very thorough and the dentist was awesome as well. I’d definitely recommend this dental office.

My parents were in need of new dentures. Dr. Pratik Patel did a wonderful job helping my parents getting new dentures and with all adjustments needed. Dr. Patel is very experienced doctor, listens what his patients have to say and he always takes his time. Also it’s worth to mention that the entire stuff in the office is very friendly!!! Magda (Patient Coordinator) she was great, explaining to us the entire process and helping with appointments and payments. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all for doing wonderful job!!!
