American Dental

The office experience is average BUT THE BILLING IS A MESS. I had a claim submitted in summer last year that was no problem. This time was a fiasco FOR NO REASON. My insurance did not change, but for some reason the office person who checked me in selected an insurance plan I had literal years ago. And now the billing department (which has no phone number, is clearly outsourced and their email etiquette is wildly unprofessional) is trying to pretend like they didn't make a mistake submitting a claim to the wrong insurance and not just LOOKING in their records at my previous bill. I'm not going back to this office for this reason alone. I just got off the phone to cancel my follow up appointment and the incredibly disinterested front desk did not ask why I was canceling so I thought I'd let them know where. Honestly, save yourself the stress and don't go to American Dental until they have an actual billing department.

This location has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone from the front desk associates, dental assistants, the dentists, and dental surgeon. With all the work I’ve had done… not one bad experience. They are knowledgeable courteous and get the work done. I would definitely recommend this location to others!!
