Our family is extremely blessed by Dr. Tsao and his healthcare team. They are courteous and responded to our dental concerns quickly. I am grateful for Dr. Tsao’s meticulous care when I had concerns with my teen’s wisdom teeth and he responded to my inquiries even after his office was closed. He listened attentively to my concerns and offered various treatment options and explained the timeline of treatment and medications to follow the procedure. His staff made me feel at ease and they were very patient and thoughtful. Dr. Tsao is very skillful and professional and provides detailed, quality care. We are so blessed to have him serve our community!

Just had the worst, filthiest teeth cleaning in my life. The hygienist, I mean uncertified dental assistant, was very rude off the back. I could barely hear or understand what she was saying and she seemed very apathetic. My first major issue was having my mouth filled up with more tooth paste than I've ever had in my life. I had to ask "Are you going to use water?" in the middle of her polishing my teeth so as to not to continue to gag. She then laughed and said oh yeah one second it isn't on. Next she cleaned the paste off my teeth while repeatedly and possibly purposely spraying so that I was sprayed in the face by the splatter. She laughed again at this. Then as she started to floss my teeth she pinched my lip against her finger and my teeth very painfully. I jumped up out of the chair went to the bathroom to properly rinse my mouth of the toxic tooth polish she carelessly choked me with and then complained to the receptionist and waited for the Dentist who was on his lunch break t

American Dental is the place to go! Dr. Tsao is an exceptional dentist, and I have had many over the years. His kind manner and careful work while performing procedures is outstanding. He also keeps up with the latest in technology which is reassuring and helps me relax knowing I'm getting the best treatment. I also appreciate Dr. Tsao's integrity to refer me to a specialist when he knows it is the needed avenue for the best treatment (which has happened with me). Additionally, the staff is professional, courteous and efficient. If you have an urgent problem they are willing to fit you into the schedule as best they can. My family is thrilled that we found Dr. Tsao and American Dental. Highly recommend!
