Ammons Dental By Design Downtown Charleston

What happened? Ammons was running a HUGE promotion, $595 for a root canal. After my initial meeting I told them to put down my root canal for a TENTATIVE date - as my schedule changes all the time. Schedules changed and I was unable to make my initial appointment. Nobody said that would incur a $100 fee. Oh well, it is still the cheapest in town. So I reschedule. Today, I have a meeting go too long making me quite late to my appointment. I show up to apologize, but the regional manager has already slapped me with ANOTHER $100 fine and redacts my $595 offer. I never even meet the regional manager and they are charging me an extra $700. Luckily, the front desk manager, Amber, is very kind and offered to ask them to take away the fees. They should make Amber the regional manager. If they dropped these 'punishments' I would love to give them business at the rate we first talked about. -Bodine

Dr. Phillips and his staff are dedicated to their craft. Each time that I have been to their dental office, it is evident to me how much everyone enjoys working with each other. Very positive place! As a dental patient, sitting there in the dental chair, I can tell that Dr. Phillips loves his career. He will do the best work for you, because he loves his calling.

Such friendly staff and making what is usually a dreaded appointment into a pleasant one! Christie and Ashley were awesome and obviously cared about their patients, and to me that is most important when it comes to health and getting the best treatment for you.
