Thank you so much for making me feel so at ease, for your kindness and professionalism and for treating this very anxious patient (until I sat down with Dr Stout) and each of you showed me I mattered today and you put my anxiety so much more at ease ♥️ and made me feel fully comfortable and thank you for explaining everything to me in such a way that it made my worry and fear go and to know immediately that I am in good hands. Today I faced my biggest fear. From Childhood to present day the thought of going to the dentist would be an impossible act. I won't get into why, but let's just say my experience was a torture chamber. This week I had a tooth ache, I thought some magic act would make it go away. But it didn't and the pain and panic was over the top. I broke down and crying I told my sister-in-law what was happening. She called her friend who was a patient of Anacapa Oral Surgery. Shaking and trying not to look like a baby she made an appointment for me to see him in a hour. Upon going into the office I was greeted by a very nice lady behind the desk .She said, hi are you Jennifer . From that point on, every single staff member in the office were so kind and compassionate that I started to stop holding my breath. Now it was time to meet with the dentist, Dr. Stout D.D.S. Dr Stout and his staff are very pleasant and efficient. I went to see the doctor due to a problem in one of my tooth . The doctor diagnosed the problem and suggested a surgery. The surgery was done and I am feeling much better. Thanks Dr Stout and Staff.
