I’m extremely nervous going to the dentist from past experiences and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! And I’m 31! Dr Holloway was super nice and talked me through the entire procedure to ensure I felt comfortable and had no pain. Highly recommend!!
This clinic provides terrible customer service. They cannot be trusted when it comes to scheduling appointments, as they will send multiple SMS messages to confirm your appointment and then cancel it. Additionally, their website is completely useless, Customer service is extremely important, but unfortunately, this clinic fails to meet even the basic standards.
I go to the Hulen mall location and the staff here are amazing! Thank you Angelica, Lacey, and Dr. Quade! (Apologies if I misspelled your names.) I appreciate the work yall do!
