Received a text message that it was time to bring my daughter in for a check up. I called they put me on hold for more than 15 minutes. Not once was the phone picked up and said we will be with you shortly. I hung up, called again and Kaitlyn answered. I explained to her that I had been on hold for more than 15 min and get response was "Well we're all with a patient ma'am" I said that's understandable but a quick pick up of the phone and let me know that you haven't forgotten about me would be nice. I asked to speak with supervisor Nichole, when transferring the call got disconnected, called back, was put on hold again for over 15 minutes no answer. I will not be bringing my kid to this place anymore.
Always came as kid and still do and will be my forever office. Doctors are really nice and helpful.
Everyone is super nice and friendly. The lobby has a TV for the kids. The kids get to enjoy watching a movie while waiting for their checkup. The times I have come to the Dr's. are super well explained about what treatment they need done.
