I was extremely anxious before my root canal, but Dr. Meza thoroughly explained every step of the procedure and consistently reassured me, demonstrating his top-notch care, patience, and knowledge.
The entire team is compassionate and very competent. Dr. Meza is very generous with his time explaining the process and answering every question, and was very skillful with my root canal as well as with an urgent assessment after trauma to another tooth. They called me in follow-up two different times after my root canal to make sure I was doing well. The office also kindly fit me into their busy day with very short notice. Very much appreciated and would recommend very highly.
I love that important steps in the procedure are explained ahead of time so you know what to expect, and then you know what you feel is normal. Both doctor and her assistant did this. Wonderful experience given no one enjoys going to the dentist. Also the prognosis was explained fully. Thank you!
