The most HORRIBLE experience I've ever had at a dentist office - or any other "professional" establishment! These people are BULLIES!!! I was bullied by 2 of the staff members trying to get me to have a root canal that I can't afford and isn't fully covered by insurance - on a tooth that isn't hurting (but is broken) Then they got upset with me because I hadn't take an antibiotic that they hadn't told me I had to have. I'd picked up my meds from the pharmacist 2 days earlier but there was no prescription for antibiotics. But according to them - It was my fault. wth? They were tag teaming me - and when I told them I felt like I was being bullied, they had me go back to the front where they started in again telling me I had to have the root canal and it was my fault they couldn't do it that day because I wasn't medicated. I tried again to explain that I couldn't afford the procedure when Dr Trevino got in my face - Where he proceeded to bully me. When I called them out for bullying, I w

Love this dentist the whole staff is very friendly and they always have a smile on their face. I'm actually not scared to go to the dentist now that I found one I like. I highly recommend dr Trevino.

Doctor Trevino and his assistants are far from caring and passionate. When having a tooth removed for the first time I experienced pain and anxiety, I was told it was all in my head and denied further numbing medication. This left me with tears flowing down my face and trauma I can’t shake. I’ve already had plenty of terrible experiences, but this really took the cake. Not to even mention that their front end staff is lazy and incompetent. Took them a whole week to send off prescriptions which included pain and antibiotics which are necessities. DO NOT GO HERE!! I will be filling a complaint with the BBB
