Pleasant, new equipment, never asks what ‘services’ desired, last time couldn’t get in without a credit card, this time never a mention of charges. Received my insurance statement to find, once again, services were not covered, so on me. Small cavity needing repair but I’m fearful of overdoing, overcharging. Aspen paid $3,5 mil to Massachusetts for the same thing. I wish I could be confident being treated other than a wallet

The real shame is the dental service is great but dealing with the office staff ruins it. They make inflated service estimates, don’t submit claims properly with insurance, and attempt to balance bill even though they are in network with my insurance. After 6 months I finally got my money back only after I made countless phone calls to the corporate office as well as my insurance company and filed a BBB complaint. I just received a text reminder for an appointment and I can’t even get a person on the phone to cancel. Learn from my error…find a different dentist office.

I had a horrible experience here and will never go to any Aspen Dental locations again. I had very bad wisdom tooth pain and decided it was time to pull them all out. They scheduled me fairly quickly, which is why I went. The staff is very unpleasant from the front desk to the dentist and hygienist. They said my teeth would all fall out eventually and wanted to charge me over $2000 for wisdom tooth removal WITH insurance. One of the charges was for a $200 toothbrush. Luckily, I didn't go through with it. I was referred to another place by a coworker, and the surgeon there said my teeth looked fine. All I had to pay was $86 there after insurance. Do yourself a favor and avoid Aspen Dental.
