Aspen Dental

My experience was great until I needed clearance for my braces. It’s been almost a month and I have to push my orthodontist appointment back multiple times! The communication is horrible. They’re telling me they can’t pull charts because the system is down but yet they can open a chart to call someone who lives in the household with me.

I scheduled an appointment got there and it was for the Gonzales location, however, the receptionist said they could see me. This anxiety filled visit turned out to be AWESOME. My fear of going to the Dentist has been laid to rest thanks to Dr. Mark and her amazing staff. Everyone was SO KIND and TRUSTWORTHY. I HIGHLY recommend that if you have a fear of going to the Dentist then Aspen Clinic on College Drive with Dr. Mark and her staff is DEFINITELY the place to go to erase your fears. Thank you for taking GOOD care of me!!!

My mother was getting some dentures from there and the ladies that work there almost glow with sweetness. Very kind, very nice, very clear that they actually care about people. Almost like a different kind of world in there, really loved the ambience, which is it almost impossible thing in a dental office setting.
