They were First ! Very inviting and kind I didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable for my bad choices of not keeping up with my dental care , they were respectful fast and caring I would recommend them and I will definitely be a return patient! Thank you !! You have an amazing team here????

If i could give zero stars, I would. My mother has been going to this location for a couple months now and she has had many experiences from this location that have been terrible. Multiple times (in a row) has had her appointment times changed the day before her appointment, claiming it was always said time, when in fact she has previous text messages saying what time the original appointment time was was. This is an inconvenience to her and her time. It wouldn't be much of a problem, but the staff LIE about it and can't keep their story straight. They have switched what she owes multiple times, Increasing the amount of course. After pushing her most recent appointment back more than an hour (informed of the time change the night before) she sits in the office for over half an hour just for the team to tell her that crown was not in yet and that she still owes for the appointment. How can you make someone pay up front for a service that won't even be completed that day? Steer clear of

Today was a scare for me. After losing my husband to a severe infection just 3 months ago, I was terrified to see a dentist I haven’t In awhile. I woke up with swelling of my face and an abcess. I told myself I need to get this looked at, they made me feel comfortable and we’re able to squeeze me in for the extraction and draining. I can’t be more appreciative and now I’m definitely going to stay on the road to better teeth with Aspen! Thank you all for today.
