Terrible experience. I brought my 7 year old daughter here for dental work. They had me fill out all of her paperwork and gave her x-rays (which the bite mouth piece was way too big for her mouth and put her in tears during the process, also she complained of her mouth hurting for days after).They put her in the dental chair and placed a apron on her. After waiting for 10 mins the dentist came and said we do not treat patients under 12 years old. Wait what? You allowed us to go through this whole process to tell me you wont be doing anything? The first thing they should have checked was her age when the paperwork was turned in. At that point they could have told us they could not provide service. Obviously they do not have proper sop’s in place, very unprofessional. I have contacted a attorney and we are in discussions about this matter. Thanks for traumatizing my child and making here never want to go to the dentist again.

Unbelievable - I called and spoke to Georgia (I guess at the call center?) and she confirmed that they accept my insurance and I went through and scheduled initial dental appointments for me and my kids and was hopeful since there were many bad reviews, but I thought I would give them a fair chance... I should have known better - we all packed up (and if you have a family, you know it's a sacrifice to get everyone there...) we showed up 15 min early and they had never heard of us, no information in their system, like my scheduling had never happened - and they ran my insurance and said it was out of network so I would be out of pocket for everything...needless to say we walked out...ugh

Regarding initial impressions, I reached out last Friday to schedule an appointment. The person explained that she could not schedule the appointment and would have someone call me back. Unfortunately, the call was not returned. It is now Tuesday, and I am still enduring tooth pain without any communication from the dentist's office. In order to prevent further disappointment, I will explore alternative service providers, aiming to avoid an unfavorable second encounter. Update, I received a call today at 1:42pm EST.
