Aspen Dental - Columbia, SC - Harbison

Started on the first visit. I was charged for a tooth brush that I didn't request to be included in the total cost. And then when I went to get my teeth cleaned, it was noted that only my top was to be cleaned. And the next visit for my teeth to be filed to fill in 2 gaps, I had to wait 2.5 weeks because the dentist wasn't scheduled to return to that office until that time. Also I had to go into the office 3 times to get fitted and adjusted for my partials which they couldn't get to fit correct or properly. So I informed them to credit back to my card the amount of the partials. If I ever go back to Aspen Dental, I will not go to the Harbison Blvd office. ???? I had a bad experience with that location beginning October 6, 2023 until January 23, 2024

I went to Aspen using the FREE coupon to find out what services I would need to have done to preserve as many of the teeth that I have. The young lady who completed the X rays and the hygienist were very friendly. The dentist walked in telling me "All of your teeth need to be removed" after reviewing your X-rays and impression." I told him, "I wasn't going to have ALL my teeth removed. I'm going to get a second opinion." My response didn't sit well with him. He acted as if I was suppose just take his word without honoring what I want - to keep as many of my teeth that's possible. He walked away for several minutes and then returned with a different approach. He went over the two options he thought was best. I informed he that I would still get a second opinion. The office manager quoted me the prices of both options , one is more than $60, 000 and the second quote is almost $20,000. There is no doubt in my mind: I will never go to another Aspen Dental. Instead, I will find a periodont

I took my Dad for an issue with his dentures. The doctor was very open about our options. He was very helpful in going forward. The rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
