Aspen Dental - Des Moines, IA - Merle Hay

Was treated like a number and at the time I didn’t have insurance.. don’t know if that played a part in the care I received, but definitely wasn’t happy the dentist visited with me for 5 minutes, and didn’t help me with the pain at all, and wanted me to pay up front for a procedure that wasn’t going to take place until the 31st when the the dental surgeon would be in office which made no sense.. wanted to schedule the procedure on the 31st, but couldn’t because they wanted the money upfront, not accustomed to paying for anything upfront without receiving what I paid for on the day I pay… kinda like going to McDonald’s paying for a meal, and they tell me to come back 2-3 weeks later to get your food… definitely not happy with the way you handled my business

They got me in right on my scheduled appointment time and were very quick and the entire staff was very friendly. I was in and out of the appointment very quickly! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Didn't even get a free cleaning on my first appointment. They said I needed two more appointments to my teeth cleaned and it would cost $750, half due before cleaning. Now I remember why I quit going to Aspen a few years ago.
