I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and kind. The dentist is amazing, I absolutely love her. I think it's imperative that the team who is responsible for answering the phones make sure they don't leave patients on hold . I experienced them picking up the phone and placing me on a long hold without even informing me that they would continue to have me hold . They just kept picking up the phone and clicking back on hold without informing me of what's actually happening and having me hold. The wait time to make customers feel like their needs are being met is also a key idea to keeping customers satisfied. Thank you!

Dr. Miller has a great operation between his locations in GR. I have been to the Alpine and Kentwood locations. Very clean office, and a professional and engaging staff. The dental tech made me feel like family. Thanks Ms. Urma, Keay and to Office Manager (who went above and beyond to assist me).

Was a great experience staff was awesome. They did a great job. Made me comfortable. Priceing was great as well beat my local dentist by a ways with my dentures.
