Do yourself a favor and avoid the Greenville location at all cost. I would give them 1,000 negative stars if I could. All they care about is money. The dentist is unskilled. Numerous times I told her I wasn't numb, and she ignored me and kept working away. She ended up breaking my wisdom tooth during an extraction attempt which resulted in emergency oral surgery at another practice. Now let's talk about the dishonest billing nightmares. My insurance paid according to the contractual agreements of my dental plan, but Aspen Dental is not honoring the EOB and billing me for hundreds more than I owe! The Office manager has tried working with corporate, but so far the fraudulent charges are still on my account. Aspen Dental is a bunch of crooks. Avoid them at all cost! BEWARE

The staff at Aspen Dental was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, informative, accommodating, speedy and what most people care the most about, were affordable. And though all of these attributes are great for any business to embody Aspen Dental took every aspect to a saturated degree. That not only insured the happiness and satisfaction of its current clients but a guarantee for more and new ones in the future. I know I will definitely be back.

Stopped in for teeth cleaning. They found a super small cavity and took care of it same day. Savannah and her team were super helpful and nice. For sure will come back for future cleanings.
