Aspen Dental - Louisville, KY (Outer Loop)

They took away my $250 down payment because I missed my appointment and they claimed that my insurance did not pay them as expected so they had to take the 250 the big coincidence is it has to be exactly as my down payment 250$. I am moving my business to a different dental clinic, not recommended at all. Make sure you get a confirmation of billing from your insurance before you sign anything with them. The best thing to do is to stay away from.Them

The dentist was professional and caring. This was my second visit with him. He addressed my concerns, was friendly and patient. His aid was awesome as well. Six months later I visted Aspen again. My concerns were addressed. THE DENTISTS and customer service were great. I felt welcome, respected and cared for. Thank you.

I wasn’t very happy .. Took my son in at 7:30 in the morning as a walk in he had very bad toothache .. which was instructed to do by Aspens .. they took him back he was back their for 3hours an nothing was done .. after 3 hrs they told him they would call him if they could pull tooth at 2pm that afternoon .. I don’t know why it took 3 hrs to be told we might able to work you in and extract tooth at 2pm .. ??? So we got the call at 1pm I took him back to Aspens they pulled tooth and charged $300.00 .. I have never paid that much to have a tooth pulled .. won’t be going back .. I don’t hardly call that good affordable service .. not to mention it was 18degrees that morning and they had no heat in the building … several of us in lobby were complaining it was so cold .. poor customer care in my opinion an definitely not affordable prices …. Poor service… horrible prices
